BOSTON — As in the 15 post season games prior, Tim Thomas (10-5-0, .929 SV%, 2.34 GAA, 1 SO) will start between the pipes for Boston, as the Bruins host Mike Smith — not confirmed, but was the first player on the ice for the Bolts — (1-0-0, 0.00 GAA, 1.00 SV%) and the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals. This is Smith’s first start of the 2010-11 NHL playoffs.
