The NHL playoffs have officially begun for the Boston Bruins, as the Black and Gold took to the ice at Wilmington’s Ristuccia Arena for their first post season practice today.

The 2011-12 NHL season series against Washington Capitals hasn’t been in the Bruins’ favor, having posted just a 1-2-1 record in the four regular season contests. The goals have been dead-even–12 each. Forward Brad Marchand has 3-2-5 totals in four games against Washington this season, while Patrice Bergeron has tallied five assists among those.

We’re about 72 hours away from Game 1 when the B’s play host at the TD Garden at 7:30pm ET. So I ask….
