    (AP Photo/Gerry Broome) 20-year old Jeff Skinner has agreed to a six-year $34.35 extension with the Carolina Hurricanes. A deal that could be a starting point for 20-year old Tyler Seguin who will be a Restricted Free Agent with the Bruins after this coming season.
