BOSTON — The Boston Bruins made another cut of eight players yesterday in preparation for their recent preseason road-trip.
One player who’s still hanging around is 19-year-old Ryan Button. Although not expected to play tonight in Rochester vs. the Florida Panthers, Button is still making the most of his time here with the NHL club.
“It’s a good thing. Unfortunately I’m not playing in either of the exhibition games.” Button told thehubofhockey.net yesterday afternoon after practice. “But, I’m still here — and as they [management] said to me, it’s a good thing.”
